Brick chunks are bricks that broke before vacuum sealing in the bag.  

 MAY take an extra day of processing. So up to 4 days at max. 

These are HARD chunks- they are not made in the same 3x5 press that the pure bricks are made in.  They are under 12 tons of pressure and heated directly at 400 degrees- not teeth breakers, but def hard!!
